Student Ministry Coordinator - Southview Church

Southview Church is seeking a person to lead and coordinate the planning and operation of Student Ministry Tuesday evening youth group and monthly events. A deep relational walk with Jesus that forms and informs all aspects of life and ministry is essential for this role. The successful candidate will join our Student Ministry Team as we seek to freely and openly express the compassion of Christ to our community and world, in both word and action.

The role requires leadership to develop, support, and empower a network of volunteers to coordinate student ministry in our church with Tuesday groups and monthly special events. Effective communication and organizational skills in various ministry environments are essential for this role.

As part of our Student Ministry staff, this person will be a team player who can work both independently and collaboratively. They will have a pastor’s heart that shows passion, self-motivation, and a commitment to Kingdom growth that will play a vital role in expressing Christ’s love to those in our community who are hurting and in need of support.
